Ryuji Imada missed only his fourth cut of the season at the U.S. Open in Farmington N.Y. over the weekend. Imada shot 7-over par 147 (75-72) through the first two rounds under soggy conditions at Bethpage Black.
This is Imada first missed cut since the HP Bryon Nelson Classic in May.
Imada has played in 13 events, earning $583,156 in winnings. He has six top-25 finishes, highlighted by a tie for 14th at the Memorial in early June. He currently sits in 67th place in the PGA’s FedEx Cup standings with 417 points.
Imada will next tee off at the Travelers Championship in Cromwell, CT., June 25-28.
