Ryuji Imada will tee off this week at the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, one of the PGA Tour's unique events in which PGA Tour professionals are paired with celebrity amateur players. Pebble Beach, one of the three courses in the tournament rotation, will be the host of the 2010 U.S. Open.
This year Imada is paired with Mike Armstrong, fomer Chairman and CEO of AT&T. It will be the fifth start of the season for Imada and his first at the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am. He is coming off consecutive Top 15 finishes with a tie for 9th place at the Farmers Insurance Open two weeks ago and a tie for 15th at last week's Northern Trust Open.
Imada and Armstrong will tee off alongside Parker McLachlin and his partner, James Rohr, a PNC Bank executive. The foursome is set to tee off on Thursday at 9:50 PST off the 10th tee at Spyglass Hill Golf Club.
