Ryuji Imada shot 11-under par 277 (69, 71,66, 71) to finish tied for 7th at the Mitsui Sumitomo VISA Taiheiyo Masters in Getemba, Japan this weekend. He took home roughly $61,000in earnings in his lone event on this year's Japan Golf Tour.
Imada finished his American PGA Tour season in 2008 ranked 25th the the FedEx Cup standings. He totaled $3,029,363 in earnings and notched his first career PGA Tour victory at the AT&T Classic in May. Imada recorded 11 Top-25 finishes, including two second place and one third place finish during the season.
Imada's final event of 2008 will be the 2008 World Cup in Chenzhen, China, where he is set to see off Nov. 27.
