Imada Ties for 49th at The Players Championship

Ryuji Imada fired an even par 72 in the final round of the Players Championship at the Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., to finish tied for 45th.  He finished the tournament at 1-over par 289 (72-70-75-72) earning $28,595.

Imada, who moved up one spot in the FedEx Cup Standings to the 57th position, now has $480,871 in winnings in 2009. Imada will take the week off before returning to action at the EDS Byron Nelson Championship in Irving, Texas, May 21-24
